Cancellations & Refunds Policy

In the event that you need to cancel a booking less than 24 hours prior to the start of a course or event please call or text 07901036220.

Please note that:

• If you cancel a booking more than 2 weeks prior to the start of a course/event, we will refund your fees less a £30 administration charge. If the fee paid was £30 or less, no refund will be given. Refunds must be requested within one week of your cancellation. This should be done by email to the course administrator.

• If you cancel your booking less than 2 weeks prior to the course/event, we will not normally make refunds. However, if the cancellation is due to an illness, medical condition or other exceptional circumstances, we will consider requests for a refund provided that you let us know before the start of course/event. Again, any refunds will be less a £30 administration charge. Refunds must be requested within one week of your cancellation. This should be done by email to the course administrator.

• In case that we have to cancel a course or event, or have to cancel your booking for any other reason, we will refund your fees in full.

• If a course or event runs over a longer period of time and you decide to drop out before the course finishes, you will still need to pay the full amount for the course or event. In this case we are not able to offer a refund.
