Welcome to the online Permaculture Design Course with Social Landscapes.
We’re excited to be on this journey with you.
This online platform is here to support your learning and help you get the most out of the course - the more you engage in what we are offering here, the learning materials, the assignments and also the community using it, the more you’ll get out of your PDC.
What you will find on this page is:
Links to the different modules of the course - these are filled with learning resources
More information on what it will take for you to complete the course
A form to pay further instalments for the course

The modules
Click the image to enter each module. These will only be accessible to you if you have signed up for the course. Modules will open up one at a time.
Requirements for the successful completion of the course
To receive your Permaculture Design Course certificate you need to demonstrate that you have engaged in the course content and understood what permaculture is and how to apply it. You will do this through:
Engaging in the live online sessions and interacting with participants
Catching up on missed sessions through this online learning platform
Completing the additional assignments that come with each module (approx. 1 hour for the 1st module, 2 hours each for module 2 - 6 and 7 hours for module 7, which ideally is done over the duration of the course)
Documenting a couple of practical projects (approx. 3 hours each) that help you create a lifestyle more in line with permaculture (e.g. making a garden bed, installing a compost system or bringing together your community - examples will come with each module)
Presenting your final design to the group of participants and tutors; here some examples of designs:

If you have paid the total amount for the course right at the beginning, you can ignore this section. If you have started off with paying a £100 deposit, then this is for you. The full standard rate is £480. If you have applied for a concession, then you have a total of £420 to pay. The ‘pay-it-forward’ rate is £540.
If you are paying a bursary, then please follow this link for other payment amounts.
Thank you!
Make your instalments for the online PDC here and keep a note of your total amount paid. We will also keep track of it.
